At CITYSPORTS®, we want you to love your purchase.
If you’ve changed your mind after receiving your order, you can return the item within 30 days (counted from the date you received the goods).
We also support order cancellation within 24 hours after payment.
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we can cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Our team will provide the necessary instructions and return address once your request is approved.
After the 30-day period (counted from the delivery date) has expired, the product can no longer be returned.

Return Shipping Costs — Who Pays?

CITYSPORTS® will cover the return shipping cost in the following cases:
  • The item arrived damaged or defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • We shipped to the wrong address
  • You received a duplicate order
  • The product malfunctioned within 30 days, assuming proper assembly per the instruction manual
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in these situations:
  • Buyer’s remorse (“not satisfied”, “no longer want”, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete order information (wrong model, color, or address)
  • Misinterpretation of product details or features
  • Order cancellation after the item has been dispatched
  • Purchasing multiple items by mistake

Returns Packaging & Condition

All returned items must be securely packaged. Our carriers cannot transport unpackaged goods.
Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you will keep the product.
We take pride in delivering brand-new products only — we never resell opened or refurbished goods.
If a returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, CITYSPORTS® reserves the right to deduct the cost of damage from your refund.

Proof Required for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please provide photos or videos showing the issue when contacting us.
If no proof is provided, the return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse,” and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the issue can be solved by providing replacement parts, we’ll offer them free of charge and guide you through the repair — saving you the hassle of shipping a large product back.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Processing time: within 7 working days after arrival at our warehouse.
